The Editorial Process for submission to the journal consists of a review, typically a blind peer review, followed by a section editor’s decision to accept or decline the submission. If accepted in the Review stage of the Editorial Process, the submission then goes through the Editing stage which consists of copyediting, layout, and proofreading. Then the submission is scheduled for publication in an issue of the journal. Depending on how the journal has been organized, the Editorial Process can be conducted by a single Editor or by a team of Editors, Sections Editors, Copyeditors, Layout Editors, and Proofreaders. Following the receipt of payment, an official acceptance letter will be provided.
The Journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against any publication malpractices. Submitting researches by all authors mean that they assured their manuscripts are original and attest that the submitted papers represent their contributions and have not been copied or plagiarized in whole or in part from other works.
The Journals aim to promote the development of global Open Access to scientific information and research. The Publisher provides copyrights of all online published papers (except where otherwise noted) for free use of readers, scientists, and institutions (such as link to the content or permission for its download, distribution, printing, copying, and reproduction in any medium, except change of contents and for commercial use), under the terms of Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY License, provided the original work is cited. Written permission is required from the publisher for use of its contents for commercial purposes.
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge, meaning:
- everyone has free and unlimited access to the full-text of articles published in this journal; manuscripts are freely available without subscription or price barriers
- papers are immediately released in open access format (no long waiting periods),
- Open Access publication is supported by authors’ institutes or research funding agencies by payment of a comparatively low Article Processing Fee (APF) for accepted articles.
High Visibility and High Availability – free and unlimited accessibility of the publication over the internet without any restrictions.
Open Access publications are more frequently cited due to their high publicity and availability.
Publications are also more easily searchable in search engines and indexing databases.
Rapid Publication – accepted papers are immediately published online.
The definition of OA introduced in the original BOAI:
By “open access” to [peer-reviewed research literature], we mean its free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself. The only constraint on reproduction and distribution and the only role for copyright in this domain should be to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited.
Journal’s open access policy is committed to the recommendations and standards of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
This journal utilizes the PKP PLN LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
Authors contributing to Academy journals agree to publish their articles under the Creative Commons Attribution- 4.0 International license, allowing third parties to share their work (copy, distribute, transmit) and to adapt it, under the condition that the authors are given credit, that the work is not used for commercial purposes, and that in the event of reuse or distribution, the terms of this license are made clear. Authors retain the copyright of their work, with first publication rights granted to IJBES. However, authors are required to transfer copyrights associated with commercial use to the Publisher. The authors agree to the terms of this Copyright Notice, which will apply to this submission if and when it is published by this journal.
Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously( except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other languages, without the written consent of the Publisher. The Editors reserve the right to edit or otherwise alter all contributions, but authors will receive proofs for approval before publication
